Every organisation has habits for deciding whose knowledge counts, what can be said out loud, what gets remembered, and who can act. Those habits shape whether a good idea ever becomes a change in the way people work.
This book brings together the thinking behind my research and the tools I am building through Alteridad: resources and flows, incentives and responsibility, culture and coordination. A practical method for exposing the rules behind decisions, changing them deliberately, and owning the consequences.
The first notes exist. I’m open to conversations with publishers, readers who want to argue with it, and teams who want to test it.
I’m Ginés, founder of Alteridad. I trained as an anthropologist, working with Ngäbe communities in Panama on language, knowledge, and different ways of living.
Alongside the research, I made art and films to reach people an academic paper would never reach. Today I build software, write, and keep drawing. A continuing interest in what people see, what they can contribute, and what makes it possible to act together.
I ask whose knowledge counts, who can change a decision, and who shares in what they create. I want to follow those questions from teams to entire societies.
