Culture Decides
How culture shapes what we notice and do—and how to see it, question it, and change it in practice.
Every organisation has habits for deciding whose knowledge counts, what can be said out loud, what gets remembered, and who can act. Those habits shape whether a good idea ever becomes a change in the way people work.
This book brings together the thinking behind my research and the tools I am building through Alteridad: resources and flows, incentives and responsibility, culture and coordination. A practical method for observing how an organisation works, testing what we believe about it, and learning from what happens when we change it.
The first notes exist. If you might publish it, argue with it, or test it inside your own team, write to me.
